We have similar ways of describing such houses, and estate agents just love to come up with new flowery ones. There is actually a trend here in Sweden to purchase such houses and renovate it bottom-up. Kind of a life-style, almost. I'm not that person, to us it was the money that has to be invested that was steering. I would have rather continued with what I usually do. :-) About that idea of yours, Paul, I have been thinking about it. I'll might give it a go. As usually, I have to find out what tone and viewpoint to use. I'm just like that in everything I do......and I don't want it to be a how-to story... How to mount a sink, the fascinating details behind the scenes, details on angles, light and proper aperture and what shutter speed you need to freeze a drill.
