Tvivlen som skingras
Regnskyarna som ger liv
Till nya som gror
- Welcome to my blog about this and that – ditt & datt in Swedish. The topics you'll find here are not always that general, though. You wont find anything on football, for instance. Moreover, all the light will most often be on photographs I made. In fact, if I tell something I find worthwhile telling, I usually stick a few of my photographs to the story. You could almost say this is about photography, and in a way you're right, it is. But it is also about what I see.

OK. I like the photo, but you forced me to pull out my Google translator:
The doubts which dissipated
The rainy skies that give life
New to germinate
How’d it do?
Thanks, Paul! Well, the words are okay, though dissipated wouldn’t have been a choice of mine, neither germinate. The flow of the haiku is lost, too. Google sucks, it should have a checkbox for this.
So, translate it for me, my friend.
It is not easy since my English vocabulary is somewhat shallow, but I’ll give it a try:
The doubts that dissolve / Rainy skies providing life / Into new that sprout
This translation comes closer to my original haiku, and I kept the haiku structure.
