The date has been set, my start on the SoFoBoMo month will be on the 10th.
A picture from midsummer, last year;
a race with an approaching thunderstorm,
it was a truly joyful ride
The 10th is a Sunday, why is that? Well I thought that I simply would be too occupied with a running competition on the Saturday and that I need every day that I can get. A leave for Turkey on the 20th and probably need to pack a few things the evening before. One more evening goes for another running competition. That leaves me eight days, in theory. I have to count in my work, family and running into this. Not to mention Murphy, he usually messes things up.
Anyway, eight possible days for shooting is not that bad. If I get at least four successful ones out of them, I think I’m good. My thoughts are then to spend an hour or two thinking up sequencing of images and what to tell around them. That’s while I’m in Turkey, sipping wine and watching the sun passes by. This is likely the sweetest phase during this project. I will be home again on the 27th, which – again, in theory – would give me 13 days to add new photos and work and wrapping up the photo book.
My usual disclaimer, I can’t count and usually get it wrong regarding calendar dates
Sounds like a plan.
Four more days to go.
Feels like racing nerves.

I’m sure that you’ll do fine. Forget about it all and just jump into into it!
Between your apparently well thought-through plan and the photo here, I am completely confident that you will do a wonderful job. Here’s to the 10th.
Thanks, both! I really can’t wait, but I have to. It’s anyway raining here now and not very good weather for photography.
I mean to compliment you on the image. Very nice! Did you do that while you were riding without your hands on the handlebars of the bicycle? Impressive!
Yes, I probably did it in the sake of the art, and my balance is still pretty good. LoL
Thanks, Paul!
