Status update

I have done most photographing and have just begun with the book layout.  After the first sort, I have some 300 pictures, most of which will not be used since they don’t fit the story. The story, by the way, is set and most of the text is written but not layed out. This means I have a lot of raw material, but need to edit and post process it for the final layout, which I haven’t decided on yet… Exciting!

Anyway, I’m putting sofobomo work aside now, since I’m leaving for Turkey tomorrow morning. I plan to start the work again on the 28th, which gives me 13 days to conclude my book.

Enjoy your time in Turkey. I have a friend working there as an English teacher.

Wow…almost there. That certainly makes me envious – in a good way! It’s a gentle reminder…

Thanks Paul and Robert, I sure enjoyed my time there! It was a great week.

Well, not quite almost there, but obviously a bit ahead of you, Thomas. The latest starting date is approaching fast, if you haven’t started yet… :)

  • Welcome to my blog about this and that – ditt & datt in Swedish. The topics you'll find here are not always that general, though. You wont find anything on football, for instance. Moreover, all the light will most often be on photographs I made. In fact, if I tell something I find worthwhile telling, I usually stick a few of my photographs to the story. You could almost say this is about photography, and in a way you're right, it is. But it is also about what I see.
